I asked ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and Llama 4 what they think about the future of jobs.
Surprisingly, they all shared some common response. They all agreed these jobs are more less likely to be replaced.
Jobs Less likely to be replaced by AI
While AI will undoubtedly reshape industries, certain roles are less likely to be fully replaced. These include jobs that require:
- High-level human interaction and empathy
- Creativity and innovation
- Complex decision-making
- Physical skills and dexterity
Examples of these resilient jobs are.
- Creative professionals (designers, writers, filmmakers)
- Healthcare providers (surgeons, nurses)
- Leadership and management roles
- Scientists and researchers in complex fields.
- Building, construction, and engineering professionals
AI Will Transform, Not Just Replace Jobs
All jobs are likely going to have an element of AI embedded. So, the shift isn’t purely about replacement but also about transformation. Many roles will EVOLVE to require more human-AI collaboration.
There is also completely new jobs that will be created such as AI ethics, AI development, etc.
